Right Honourable Gentlemen

In a bid to put their name on the map, fledgling politicians Adam Gough Chamberlain-Winterburg and Jeremy Smythe engage a production company to create a documentary about their political journey. Under the spotlight, they quickly discover they must hit the drawing board and put together a policy platform.

After the arrival of the film crew Adam and Jeremy are concerned about the type of attention they're receiving so they move to a new house. Jeremy is convinced by Janice it's time to start growing the party - but the new arrival doesn't go down well with Adam.

Janice makes the case for greater diversity within the party citing the McKinsey Report. Seeing his chance to cement his position as Party Leader, Adam makes a spur of the moment hire, a move that doesn't go down well with the party in light of his self-serving motivation.

As dissent spreads among the staff, Jeremy hatches a plan to restore stability to the party by hiring a new Campaign Manager. The team discuss the current state of the party with the new arrival and suggestions are made that could alter the direction of the party entirely.

As The Endeavour Party settles into their new office space the leader of the local opposition, The Pioneer Party, arrives to scope out the competition. In response, Adam calls an emergency meeting as the team consider next steps for the party.

In a last ditch effort to regain control of the party Adam calls a staff meeting to reveal the new Endeavour Party logo. The team are torn in their allegiances, while Jeremy is left with a big decision to make as he considers Nina's ultimatum.
