Jim is fired from the FBI after unsuccessfully attempting to apprehend terror suspect Douglas Newton (24/7), and illegally shutting down a police department. Weeks later, Rick is jobless and drunk, when suddenly he's taken captive by a ragtag group of vigilante crime fighters hell bent on taking down 24/7s new militia

After being forcibly recruited into Joe's new vigilante task-force, Rick & Jim are assigned to recover several classified files from Joe's desk at the defunct sheriff building. On arrival, they're ambushed by Mr. 24/7 and an undercover agent who are planning to destroy the sheriff's department and all of the stored evidence.

Suspected vigilante terror suspects Rick & Jim are held for interrogation by FBI special agent Derrick Derrickson for bombing the sheriff building.

Joe receives a tip that 24/7s militia is operating out of a residence in the northwest side of the county. He orders his task-force (minus himself) to go there and shoot them up seeking vengeance for his beloved sheriff's department.

After successfully lobbying to reopen the sheriff's department, Joe and crew settle into their new home. Recently promoted Rick and Jim head out on patrol for the first time in nearly a year.

A man calls the sheriff's department notifying them someone stole his boat. Undersheriff Rick Riverson refuses to help so the man takes matters into his own hands and breaks into his neighbors garage.

Jill demands to be taken more seriously in the department and blackmails Joe into letting her go on patrol with Rick and Jim.

Rick and Jim are on routine patrol when Laquita dispatches the team to a domestic dispute. On arrival, things get heated as Rick and Jim learn the suspect is one of their own. Can the dynamic duo calm the couple?

Joe suspends Jill without pay and forces Jim to cover dispatch. This causes Rick's arch nemesis, Deputy Gary Greenman, to go on patrol with him.

Joe orders Rick & Jim to safely escort Jill to the suspected operations center of 24/7 to infiltrate his militia and drug operations. Clueless, Rick & Jim destroy any hope the sting had of succeeding.
